WorcsThis is Ryan Transport’s regional office for the UK and Northern Europe and it was the obvious choice after plenty of looking round. “It’s convenient from home”, says Area Manager Andy South,” but if I need to set up meetings elsewhere I just use Citibase’s locations elsewhere. I can really focus on what I’m doing, knowing the environment and reception team are sorted - and it all makes complete financial sense for the business.”
The space in Anne Goffe’s small office is expertly utilized. Her sewing machine is up against the left wall, her ironing board on the right, photos in the centre and clothing neatly hanging. She even created dresses for the Bewdley Centre Manager’s daughters wedding! Why Citibase? “The office is close to home and clients, the reception team answers the phone in a friendly way. It’s great.”
Because it runs on an associate or ‘virtual’ basis, coaching agency Mackenzie Consulting has flexibility built in. And flexibility is what founder Hilary Thompson likes about Citibase. “It convenient too.”, she says. My whole career, I always travelled long distances to get to work, but having my office here, just 10 minutes away from home gives me a better work/life balance all round.”
